Targeted Culture Training
In past years, in addition to our regular language training service, C.C. Communication has provided our customers with general cross-cultural training, discussing a variety of cultural differences and their impact on business. Though this service is still available, we have become aware of an increasing need for more targeted cultural courses - courses focusing on a specific culture or country in which our customers are doing business and encountering cultural difficulties. Furthermore, our customers have expressed a desire to have trainers with business experience in that culture who can better discuss not only general cultural issues but more specific business culture issues.
We have now built up a team of cultural trainers available nation-wide in Finland for tailor-made (schedule and content) seminars. We currently have trainers for the following cultures and this list will continue to increase:

- Russia
Target of training:
The target of training is to aid Finnish businesses to get better results in their business abroad. Trainer selection criteria: We look for trainers who have a higher level education and business experience, deep cultural knowledge and interest, knowledge also of Finnish culture and business life for making comparisons and contrasts, presentation skills and excellent English and / or Finnish skills (the languages of the training).
Finnish Culture Training:
More and more Finnish companies are bringing in managers and experts from abroad or participating in exchange and training programs within multinational companies. Other companies may be taking advantage of cheaper short-term laborers from abroad. Even if these foreign colleagues are not staying long enough in Finland to make Finnish language training practical, we recommend you still provide them with Finnish culture training so they can more quickly and pleasurably integrate into the Finnish way of doing things. We can provide this training either from the viewpoint of a Finnish culture trainer or from a trainer of their own nationality (and in their mother tongue) who has years of experience living and doing business in Finland.
